Cancellation
Salon Policy:
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% fee.
Late Arrivals: Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be rescheduled and charged a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Will be charged a partial or full service fee.
No Kids: Children are only allowed if receiving a service. Non-compliance may result in rescheduling and a fee.
Satisfaction: We’re happy to correct issues, but no refunds are given due to the nature of our services.
Right to Refuse: We may refuse service to anyone under the influence or acting inappropriately.
Pricing: Prices may vary by service and provider, as we are independent stylists/techs.
